Humanic Design is pleased to announce Applicant Self Service (APSS) to its product suite to empower organizations with automation.

Humanic Design, a leading provider
of Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS), announced in a direct response to demand for increased technology solutions from its clients, Self Service Applicant (APSS) to its suite of HR software, to increase productivity and focus HR on strategic matters.

APSS is set up as a link on an organizations website as ‘Careers’ or ‘Opportunities’ and branded with the organization’s information to streamline with the existing website and solidify the brand. “It’s easy to see the enormous cost savings in both time and money with the elimination of paper job application forms, resumes, and cover letters. Additionally, there is a very user-friendly report writer to monitor applicant activity and satisfy various Federal and State compliance requirements,” said Terri David, Compensation Manager of STAR Financial Bank.
APSS gives applicants the ability to search and apply online for open positions within an organization. Search criteria and parameters of the application are configured by the organization within the core HRMS. This configuration gives organizations control to set parameters in accordance with their needs and empowers managers with direct access to human resource information. Through Humanic’s Manager Self Service (MSS), qualified applicants are filtered electronically for managers to view and select for interview.
This offering rounds out the suite to provide human resource managers and supporting departments tools to streamline the process and build robust HRIS solutions.
